We will receive you from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and we will be always recheable by phome.

Our reception is located at the 99\B, near the entrance of the Pepita Lodge.

Check-in from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm We are available to guest you in our reception before 2:30 pm for guard your luggage. If you arrive after 7:00 pm we will apply a litlle surcharge. All the request of tardive arrive has to be confirmed by our structure.

Check out within 10:30 am

When you arrive in our reception we will give you the key for the structure and for your room. In this way you will be independent in every moment of your stay.

Even if we are just 5 minutes by walk from Piazza Bra, you can reach us easily by car because we aren’t in ZTL zone.

The “Garage Italia” just 30 metres from the Pepita Lodge will offer you a parking for 20 euro per day.We can book for your car but the payment is up to you at the parking. For the opening hours of the parking visit the website parcheggiogarageitalia.

As an alternative you can use the “parcheggio arena verona” open 24\24 hours. Is located just 250 metres from the Pepita Lodge. You can easily book from their website parcheggioarena.

You can also find some pay and display parking on the streets. This are signaled by blue strips and the rate is about 1 euro per hours from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 20:00 pm.

The breakfast is served in a pastry shop in front of our structure. There is a wide variety of sweet and salty products. The shop has seats inside and outside on the street.

Every room has a private bathroom with shower, hairdrier, soap, shower gel and towels.

We offer you a daily cleaning service for your rooms.

We offer you a free wi-fi conncections with 100 Mb fibre optic.

Every room has a color tv with digital terrestrial.

With the tea pot we offer you a variety of teas, infusions and instant coffee.

The dimensions of our strongbox permits the insertion of a personal computer.

In the structure you mustn’t smoke.

Animals are not allowed.

The structure has a system of video surveillance in all the common zones.

We have a comfortable elevator for all the level of the structure.

If you agree with us before your arrive you will enjoy for free the luggage storage.

You can ask us to print some documents or tickets for free at the reception.

A few minutes by walk you have the possibilities to rent a bike for visit the city.
